Western District Executive Board

The Western District Executive Board (WDEB) is comprised of both lay and ordained members and led by the district president. It has a supervisory responsibility for the congregations and clergy of the District, and is concerned with everything from conflict management to evangelism.

Current WDEB members include:

Rev. Bruce Nelson of Lake Mills WI is the President of the Western District Board and has served on the Board since 2006.

Rev. Jason Andersen of DeForest WI is a clergy representative and has served on the Board since 2008.

Judy Anderson of Northfield MN is a lay representative and has served on the Board since 2016.

Nancy Chandler of Hope IN is a lay representative and has served on the Board since 2012.

Cindy Fahney of Lake Mills WI is a lay representative and has served on the Board since 2012.

Rev. Jane Gehler of Unionville MI is a clergy representative and has served on the Board since 2016.

Megan Smock of Los Angeles CA is a lay representative and has served on the Board since 2016.

The current Western District Executive Board was elected at the 2016 Western District Synod in May.
