Southern Province Board of Cooperative Ministries seeks Executive Director

The Board of Cooperative Ministries of the Moravian Church in America, Southern Province, seeks a dynamic, effective and experienced full-time Executive Director to lead its programs and ministries to the members, congregations, and Regional Conferences of Churches (RCCs) of the Moravian Church, Southern Province. The Director ensures that all ministry initiatives are integrally connected to the strategic direction set by Synod as well as directives from the Board of Cooperative Ministries.

The Board of Cooperative Ministries (BCM), created at the Southern Province Synod of 2009, provides support to congregations and Regional Conferences of Churches in order to develop and maintain a high level of health and growth. Five ministry teams oversee the work of the BCM – Mission & Advocacy, Education & Spiritual Formation, Leadership Support & Development, Communications & Outreach, and Planning & Evaluation.
