In the spring of 2020, during the depths of the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, Moravian Church Without Walls partnered with the Southern Province Board of Cooperative Ministries and the Interprovincial Board of Communications to take a new, virtual approach to the Moravian tradition of Readings for Holy Week Services. Featuring readers from across the Northern and Southern Provinces of the Moravian Church in America and music from the Readings for Holy Week Audio Edition (recorded at Lititz Moravian Church in Lititz, Pennsylvania), these services walked participants through the final days of Jesus. Nearly 300 people watched each evening.
