2021 Admin Assistant Power Lunch Bunch

In 2018, the BCM has hosted quarterly admin gatherings to help connect and equip the hard workers behind the scenes of the congregations. Those who attended had a chance to discuss issues that matter to them as admin staff, meet their peers in other churches and offices, and get specific information on self-care, communications, and record-keeping. Although we took a brief break last year, we are looking forward to starting back this reoccurring event! Please put these four dates on your calendar and make plans to join us for as many as you can:

These events are FREE. Just let us know if you plan to join us by clicking on the RSVP links for each event before the registration deadline (usually one day prior to the event). All events will take place at BCM’s offices (500 South Church Street).

Meet and Greet with Provincial Office Tour As more people are vaccinated, it becomes possible for us to return to the company of our brothers and sisters from Moravian churches across the Province. Many new administrative staff people have joined us during the pandemic. We hope you will join us on Thursday, June 17 on BCM’s back lawn to greet them as we connect with one another after this long separation. Both new and veteran admins will be able to enjoy fellowship and a light lunch, compare notes on their work, and even tour (safely) the provincial offices. Masks are optional with social distancing on the lawn and required for all during our tours. Bring a lawn chair!
