The Provincial Elders’ Conference (PEC) of the Southern Province has directed the Director of Congregational Development to facilitate and organize the Quadrennial Review process for congregations in the Southern Province. Members of the participate in the review meetings with church boards and are able to build relationships with congregations and hear from church leaders directly. The four year schedule for the Quadrennial Review process is managed at a provincial level.
These reviews are meant to give a snapshot of the congregational board’s self-assessment for the benefit of the Provincial leaders, as well as, to offer an opportunity for congregations to identify areas for growth.
