Admin Power Lunch! Wednesday, May 17th at Noon

Join us for our next regular gathering for support staff in congregations and throughout the province with an Admin Power Lunch meeting on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. This hybrid meeting will be held via Zoom and at the Archie K. Davis Center (Moravian Archives), down the hill behind the Cedarhyrst building in Old Salem (457 S Church St, Winston-Salem, NC 27101).

All church administrative staff are welcome to join us! Please contact Heather Stevenson ([email protected]) to RSVP or for Zoom information.

We hope to meet quarterly to provide a community of support, ideas, and gratitude for the ministry that administrative staff offer to our congregations. We know the importance of their work in the details of congregational life and the regular production of bulletins, newsletters, and many other communications.

These gatherings will offer an opportunity for admin staff to crowd-source questions and for provincial entities that interface with our congregations to share more about the needs and ways we can support each other. This session will highlight the different provincial agencies that can assist you with your ministry.

Please encourage staff in your congregation to attend and remember to thank them for their ministry that makes our congregations run more smoothly!

This meeting will be BYOL (bring your own lunch).
