Jesus saw James son of Zebedee and his brother John, who were in their boat mending the nets. Immediately he called them; and they followed him. Mark 1:19–20
As your disciples, help us Lord God, to not only cast the net and bring others in, but teach us how to help them live and thrive in your house. We need more patience with our brothers and sisters in the world, Lord. Guide us in the ways we should go. In your precious name we pray. Amen.
