Friday, October 31 — Psalm 119:121–128
Ezekiel 38:7–39:13; 2 Peter 1:1–11

“Why do you bring charges against me? You have all rebelled against me,” declares the Lord. Jeremiah 2:29 NIV

There is no distinction, since all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God; they are now justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus. Romans 3:22-24

Lord, daily we wrestle with how best to draw close to you. When we fear you have turned your face away from us—in moments of spite, or anger, or hurt—bring us reminders of your unrelenting grace. Stay with us and draw us close. In your name, we humbly pray. Amen.
