Monday, April 17 — Psalm 50:7–15
Job 20; 1 Corinthians 1:21–2:2

Remember the Lord in a distant land, and let Jerusalem come into your mind. Jeremiah 51:50

So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are citizens with the saints and also members of the household of God. Ephesians 2:19

Pandemic, division, fear, self-loathing—they threaten to exile us from one another and from you, merciful God. Bring us out from our places of isolation. Gather us into the home of your heart. No longer strangers, join us together as members of your beloved family. Amen.
