They went to their tents, joyful and in good spirits because of all the goodness that the Lord had shown to his servant David and to his people Israel. 1 Kings 8:66
The shepherds went with haste and found Mary and Joseph, and the child lying in the manger. When they saw this, they made known what had been told them about this child. Luke 2:16-17
O holy Child of Bethlehem, you came to bring life abundant and a life in peace: not peace as the world knows, but inward peace with our soul. Thank you for your act of reconciliation within ourselves. Amen.
