Genesis 2:4–25; Matthew 1:18–25
You, O Lord, are in the midst of us, and we are called by your name; do not forsake us! Jeremiah 14:9
With the eyes of your heart enlightened, you may know what is the hope to which he has called you. Ephesians 1:18
Ever-present God, you have come into our midst through the precious gift of your Son, Jesus Christ. He is our hope and certainty in this world. May Christ dispel our fear and bring us light forevermore. Amen.
