Listen to me, you stubborn-hearted, you who are now far from my righteousness. I am bringing my righteousness near, it is not far away. Isaiah 46:12-13 NIV

God of salvation, you bring us—your erring and stubborn children—great gifts even when we wander from your direction. Help us push away the materialistic world and instead enrich our lives with your strength and righteousness. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
