Monday, October 27 — Psalm 119:89–96
Ezekiel 33:21–34:19; 1 Peter 3:1–7
The eyes of all look to you, and you give them their food in due season. You open your hand, satisfying the desire of every living thing. Psalm 145:15-16
John the Baptist said, “Whoever has two coats must share with anyone who has none, and whoever has food must do likewise.” Luke 3:11
God of the helping hand, you feed your flock with a rich feast of spiritual and material blessings. As we recognize your gracious generosity in our lives, let us turn outwards and offer those blessings among your people, for your sake. Make us a force for your abounding joy. Amen.
