Christ was put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit, in which also he went and made a proclamation to the spirits in prison. 1 Peter 3:18-19
Jesus, when we are in prison, entombed in the consequences of our own sin, speak to us words of hope. Pull us up, set us free. Place our feet securely on the solid rock of your love. Amen.
