He has helped his servant Israel, in remembrance of his mercy, according to the promise he made to our ancestors, to Abraham and to his descendants forever. Luke 1:54-55
Eternal Lord, your promise to be our God and Savior rings as true today as when you first promised it to our ancestors. Thank you for answering our cries for help when fear and suffering have tried to separate us from you. Amen.
