Tenth Sunday after Pentecost
Watchword for the Week — The Lord is faithful in all his words, and gracious in all his deeds. Psalm 145:13
Sunday, July 29 — 2 Kings 4:42–44; Psalm 145:10–18
Ephesians 3:14–21; John 6:1–21
Truly, you are a God who hides himself, O God of Israel, the Savior. Isaiah 45:15
No one has ever seen God. It is God the only Son, who is close to the Father’s heart, who has made him known. John 1:18
God, we believe that you are always with us, but there are so many things that can come between us and hide you from our view. Help us to never lose faith in you, even when we can’t see you. Amen.
