Last Sunday after the Epiphany

Watchword for the week — And when they looked up, they saw no one except Jesus alone. Matthew 17:8

Sunday, March 3 — Exodus 34:29-35; Psalm 99
2 Corinthians 3:12-4:2; Luke 9:28-36,(37-43)

He stands at the right hand of the needy, to save them from those who would condemn them to death. Psalm 109:31

When they kept on questioning Jesus, he straightened up and said to them, “Let anyone among you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.” John 8:7

God of forgiveness, you call us to forgive others the way you have forgiven us. Free us from our judgment and condemnation of others. Let us be instruments of your reconciliation to those in need. Amen.
