After leaving the prison Paul and Silas went to Lydia’s home; and when they had seen and encouraged the brothers and sisters there, they departed. Acts 16:40

Liberating God, free your people. Deliver those exploited by others. Free those in bondage to materialistic excess or debt, as well as those whose freedom is constrained by poverty. From pride, despair, sin and the snare of worldly ways, deliver us, gracious Lord and God. Amen.
