1 Thessalonians 5:1-11; Matthew 25:14-30
Job said to God, “I had heard of you by the hearing of the ear, but now my eye sees you; therefore I despise myself, and repent in dust and ashes.” Job 42:5-6
His servants will worship him; they will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. Revelation 22:3-4
Heavenly Father, we want to know you and be near you. We ask for proof; we make demands. Help us to know that our prayers are heard and answered, even if it is not always the way we want them to be. Amen.
