Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God, so that he may exalt you in due time. 1 Peter 5:6
Almighty God, your hands are mighty, but the touch of your mercy is gentle and sure. Surround us in your wings of refuge, guide us steadily with strength and resolve, and bestow the wondrous blessings of your love upon us, your humble servants. Amen.
