God said, “By the sweat of your face you shall eat bread until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken; you are dust, and to dust you shall return.” Genesis 3:19
If you sow to your own flesh, you will reap corruption from the flesh, but if you sow to the Spirit, you will reap eternal life from the Spirit. Galatians 6:8
God, our time in this flesh is brief and often difficult. Help us cherish each moment, seeking your will above all. May our lives glorify you, even in our fleeting time. Amen.
