Wise men from the East came to Jerusalem, asking, “Where is the child who has been born king of the Jews? For we observed his star at its rising, and have come to pay him homage.” Matthew 2:1-2
God of all, you remain faithful to the prophet’s messages and are about to reveal yourself to us in love and grace. The waiting is almost over; soon we will see your love revealed in a simple manger and amidst the candle glow. Amen.
