God sets on high those who are lowly, and those who mourn are lifted to safety. Job 5:11
God chose what is low and despised in the world, things that are not, to reduce to nothing things that are, so that no one might boast in the presence of God. 1 Corinthians 1:28-29
God, in your world we are humbled by your actions to bring good out of bad no matter the circumstance. Let us sing praises to you for your blessings and the lessons you have taught us through Jesus Christ. Amen.
