Help us remember why we are yours, Lord. Help our voices sing your praises and our hearts and ears remember to listen to your commandments. Help us to put into practice the words and commandments we have learned from you, so that we don’t convince ourselves and others that we can simply hear or read your words and not obey or submit to you. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
