Thursday, November 20 — Psalm 130
Daniel 9:1–10:7; Jude 1:11–25

The Lord God formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being. Genesis 2:7

It is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. Galatians 2:20

Breath of life, when we concentrate on our breathing, it reminds us to slow our racing minds and anxious hearts. Help us to be still and know that you are God, and we are yours. Strengthen and comfort us, we pray. Amen.
