Tuesday, April 12 — Psalm 48
Leviticus 6:14–7:21; Mark 2:1–12
Declare this with a shout of joy, proclaim it, send it forth to the end of the earth; say, “The Lord has redeemed his servant Jacob!” Isaiah 48:20
He has rescued us from the power of darkness and transferred us into the kingdom of his beloved Son. Colossians 1:13
We are waiting, Lord, for the redemption you promise us in your word. We are just days away from the greatest display of your love for your kingdom. We must go through the darkness to see the light of hope and love that will be before us in just a few short days. May our Holy Week experience be a transformational one, where we deepen our faith in you, O Lord. We pray this in the name of the One who came before us. Amen.
