I have put my spirit upon my servant; he will bring forth justice to the nations. Isaiah 42:1
You know that among the Gentiles those whom they recognize as their rulers lord it over them, and their great ones are tyrants over them. But it is not so among you; but whoever wishes to become great among you must be your servant. Mark 10:42-43
Holy Spirit, advocate of the ages, we offer our most heartfelt thanks to you. You have been with all people in all times and shown your justice true. Lead us into the same service, for after your example, we pursue. Amen.
