In this is love, not that we loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins. 1 John 4:10
Forgiving God, as we confess our sins, restore us and renew our devotion to you. Thank you for the gift of your son, Jesus Christ, who forgives sin daily and abundantly. Amen.
