Wednesday, July 23 — Psalm 88:6-12
Deuteronomy 32:10-43; Luke 11:1-13

You have set our iniquities before you, our secret sins in the light of your countenance. Psalm 90:8

If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he who is faithful and just will forgive us our sins. 1 John 1:8-9

Forgiving Father and Remover of sin, we acknowledge our imperfections. We have left good works undone, kind words unsaid, prayers unformed, and love not given. We come to you for forgiveness and we are assured that you always hear us. Amen.
