Wednesday, March 17 — Psalm 37:7–15
Nehemiah 9:1–10:27; Romans 5:12–6:4

You are the God who sees me. Genesis 16:13 NIV

But the tax collector, standing far off, would not even look up to heaven, but was beating his breast and saying, ‘God, be merciful to me, a sinner!’ Luke 18:13

Lord, every one of us is like the tax collector. We are all sinners in need of your grace. We humbly confess our sins to you and seek your forgiveness. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
