Camp Hope

For 10 years, Camp Hope has been part of shaping me into the person I am today. I strongly believe I would not be half the person I am today if it was not for Camp Hope. It has brought me so many unforgettable memories and people who I can not imagine my life without now. Every summer brings new experiences and I find myself getting closer and closer with God. Since pre-primary, Camp Hope was just part of my summer vacation, but now it is part of my everyday life. I have created lasting friendships, been a member of planning committee, and have been a counselor.

Camp Hope has taught me how to connect with God and other people in so many different ways. From this, I have been able to openingly talk about my faith and connect with others more easily. This connection has made vespers services even more special during my week at Camp Hope. I have been blessed to have been a part of the vespers services and I have felt my connection with God grow, making my love for Camp Hope expand even more.

He says, “Be still, and know that I am God”
