As the clock struck midnight on January 1st 2020, we all had hopes, dreams, and resolutions for the year to come. We had hoped 2020 would be year full of technological and social advancement, bringing our civilization to new levels, but instead this year was completely unique, devastating, and annoyingly unprecedented. While this year was not the one we had hoped for, it was the one we got and we made the best of it. As Coronavirus made its way around the world and left no person unaffected, we began utilizing our Moravian Disaster Response fund to aid those who had been hit hardest by the affects of the pandemic.
As this year draws to a close and we enter the holiday season, we are asking our supporters to help us replenish the MDR fund as we continue to aid those still affected by Covid-19. Our goal is to have 20 new monthly donors who give $20 or more by Giving Tuesday, which is just 5 weeks away. In the coming weeks we will be posting videos from our staff and board members about how mission work brings Joy to the world. We hope you will stay updated and share these stories with friends and loved ones.
