This year, many Moravian congregations will be worshiping online on the 1st Sunday of Advent, when we traditionally sing the Hosanna anthem to prepare for the coming Savior. So we decided to bring Moravians from around the world together virtually to sing this traditional anthem.
As did our passion for mission, the video begins in Herrnhut but then moves to the US Virgin Islands, where the first missionaries landed in 1732. The voices pick up from across North America from the east coast, through the mid-west, western Canada, and then Alaska.
We hope you enjoy singing along with all these voices and sharing the joy and anticipation of the Advent season.
