The Emmaus Moravian Church celebrated its 275th anniversary on Sunday, July 31st with a Lovefeast celebration and picnic lunch. The community of Emmaus, PA was founded by Moravians and this congregation has been serving faithfully since July 30th, 1747. Pastor Brian Dixon reminded the congregation that we need to continue this centuries-long work of building the church and community. It was a joy to welcome former pastors and students back to be part of the festivities. “This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it!”
