2026 New Payroll Procedure

We’re excited to announce that the Moravian Church in America Southern Province is transitioning to Paycom, an all-in-one payroll and HR system.  Below find the training schedule for this new era for Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance.

Why the Change: Our previous provider, TriNet, increased its pricing by more than 400%, making the switch both necessary and timely. After careful review, we selected Paycom for its ability to bring payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee information together in one secure and user-friendly platform.

Improved Compliance and Efficiency: Paycom will now manage all background checks and drug testing for employees and volunteers. This will create a complete, centralized database — a major step forward in meeting Safe Sanctuary compliance while cutting costs and eliminating duplicate testing across agencies such as Laurel Ridge.

What’s Next: Training!

  • Watch your email! You will receive a login invitation from Paycom Monday, December 2nd.
  • Manager and Director Training (coming soon)
  • Employee Training

  • Open Enrollment – December 3rd through December 10, with all insurance elections completed directly through Paycom
  • Both Sessions will be recorded and put up on the website for those who cannot attend.
