You turn things upside down! Shall the potter be regarded as the clay? Shall the thing made say of its maker, “He did not make me”; or the thing formed say of the one who formed it, “He has no understanding?” Isaiah 29:16

We are what he has made us, created in Christ Jesus for good works. Ephesians 2:10

Heavenly Potter, we know you brought us into the world to do your will, yet there are times when we question the source of our being. Help us to understand that you alone are the true power behind our lives, and that those lives are to be lived in your service. In your name, we pray. Amen.
