On Sunday, October 1st, the Rt. Rev. Dr. Michael Johnson was consecrated a Bishop of the Worldwide Moravian Unity after being elected by the 2023 Synod of the Northern Province in June. The Rt. Rev. Hopeton Clennon served as the Presiding Bishop, the Rt. Rev. Chris Giesler served as a Participating Bishop, and the Rt. Rev. Blair Couch served as an Attending Bishop in a beautiful service at John Hus Moravian Church in Brooklyn, New York.
