The Rev. Jesmina Hebbert Meade was ordained a deacon of the Moravian Church on Sunday, January 21st, at MorningStar Moravian Church in Coopersburg, Pennsylvania. The Rt. Rev. Dr. Michael Johnson served as the ordaining bishop, assisted by the Rt. Rev. Blair Couch. Jesmina has accepted a call to serve as the next pastor of Trinity Moravian Church in New Carrollton, Maryland.
