Paul wrote: I am the least of the apostles, unfit to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace toward me has not been in vain. 1 Corinthians 15:9-10
Holy One, we act against you every day, unfit to be your followers. We have done nothing to deserve your forgiveness. Yet by your grace, you still guide us, love us, save us. Remind us every day that we owe you our lives, our gratitude, our praise. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
