Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven. Matthew 5:16
Heavenly Father, you are the light within us. We often lack the confidence to make that light visible to others. Give us the assurance to allow our light to shine on the world around us. Let the words of the song we learned as children be an inspiration to us… “Hide it under a bushel? Oh no, I’m gonna let it shine.” Amen.
