Pain and suffering are hard for us to handle alone, Lord. We need you and our fellow Christians to help carry the load. In good times and in bad, we will remember your presence and give you the offering of our praise. We find joy in your salvation and cheerfully give you—our creator, redeemer, and sustainer—our thanks and praise for blessings and mercy. Amen.
