The Lord is a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. Psalm 9:9
And will not God grant justice to his chosen ones who cry to him day and night? Will he delay long in helping them? Luke 18:7
Omnipotent God, you alone are our refuge and strength. In our time of temptation, we come to you in the assurance of your power to overcome our weakness. We seek to be faithful ambassadors. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen.
