Wednesday, January 14 — Psalm 10:1–11
1 Chronicles 12; Acts 12:20–13:7
Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening. 1 Samuel 3:9
A certain woman named Lydia, a worshiper of God, was listening to us; she was from the city of Thyatira and a dealer in purple cloth. The Lord opened her heart to listen eagerly to what was said by Paul. Acts 16:14
Precious Lord, forgive us for not listening to your voice when you call us to be your servants. We come to you now with willing hearts and minds! Draw us closer to those in need so we can do your will. Amen.
